31 Days {Day 9}





He tends his flock like a shepherd:

He gathers the lambs in his arms

and carries them close to his heart;

he gently leads those that have young.

    When I had my second baby, a lovely older woman sent us a congratulatory card on which she had added this verse in her own handwriting. I loved it...and relied on its truth many, many times. Precious memories. (I want to be that lovely older lady, with words of truth and encouragement to young mothers.)
