The Sampler

I've been wanting to share this news for a couple of weeks now, but thought it best to wait until now! I've been selected to appear in The Sampler at 5 Minutes for Mom! I was working on this article to appear on my own blog and then thought, "Hey, why not try to submit if for publication somewhere else?" What a nerve-wracking few days waiting to hear if I'd been accepted...

Click here or on the button above to read my article, "Fear."

  2. Congrats! I liked your article. I've found it interesting how much motherhood has served to provide insight into how God view and treats His children.

  5. Great job, I just read it then click the link to come here! I too have been told that about co-sleeping but 3 of the 4 kids are in their own beds. The youngest is 9 months and I'm not in a hurry :)

  6. I enjoyed this article about fear. thanks for sharing it. I would also encourage you to do a little reading on the Highly Sensitive Person (book by the same name) - sounds like Owen is definitely a sensitive child in terms of sensory (my entire family is full of HSPs).

  7. Well you, too, huh? :-D Congratulations! I love what you wrote so much.

Rather than fearing our children's fears, we can just continue to reassure them of our constant love and support which encourages them to grow knowing that it is safe to. :-)

    Well done!!!
